WHAT WE DO.

We help link employees and employers. Getting the right person for the job is every employers dream. Getting the right job for their skills is every employees dream. To achieve these, job openings are supposed to be advertised to a large talent pool inorder to match jobs with the right talent. Here we provide an avenue for recuiters to post openings in their organizations, for our diverse pool of talents to access and hopfuly apply for opportunities they feel competent enough to fill. Due to the psychological issues that arise from unemployment,#iko_kAZi has a dedicated open forum safe space where our talent pool can seek and provide help. It is on anonymous basis to ensure confidentiality.

WHO WE ARE.

Our mission is to help the young graduates transist from school into employment. We seek to help people who have not been employed before get their their foot into the joob market. We are aiming to solve the problem of high unemployment rates caused by a struggling economy and perpetuated by the global pandemic of COVID19.

OUR REACH.

So far we are working in Nairobi and Kajiado county, where we hold one on one meetings with young graduates on matters employability and C.V writting.However, we are accecible for virtual meetings via this platform to people across the country and in the world.
